Product Delivery Policy
Upon confirmation of the order, the Customer will be informed by a message to the e-mail address he has stated to us.
The products are sent to the address indicated by the respective customer when submitting his order, accompanied by the sales receipt. An exception is the case where the Customer indicates a different delivery address of the products and a different address for sending the sales receipt, as in the case of a gift.
The Customer is responsible for the correctness of the shipping and delivery information provided. In case of error during the provision by the Customer of the relevant contact details of the recipient, the Company can not be held responsible for the fact that the product can not be delivered.
Our online store cooperates with a courier service, in order to ensure the safe and fast shipment of products. Shipping costs will be borne by customers, who will be informed of the exact cost of each shipment before submitting their final order. Our courier service performs deliveries on working days, from Monday to Friday.
Delivery time depends on the delivery address.
All products are shipped in 1-3 days from the day of order.
Please note that shipping may take longer due to busy times or in case of bad weather or force majeure. Our Company makes every effort to send the products to its customers within the specified time, but in case of delay for any reason, you acknowledge that no responsibility can be borne by the Company for delays in delivery that do not fall under the control of the Company.
If an order includes products with different delivery times, the delivery time for the entire order is based on the longest delivery time. However, the Company has the ability to break deliveries. In this case, the Company will send a relevant e-mail to the Customer, who has the option to cancel all or part of the order.
Although we have taken every possible care to inform the Customers, in relation to any lack of availability of a product, there is a possibility of unexpected shortage or non-availability of the product by our suppliers (even after the confirmation of the order by the Customer). In this case, the Company will again make every effort to contact the Customer, in order to inform him and to consult with him about the new delivery or delivery of another product or the cancellation of the order without compensation for both parties and the interest-free refund of any money that may have been paid within a reasonable time.
